September 10, 2012 - Use the below links to find 1980 and later European Conventional Transformers and Controllers, Digital Systems and Digital System Power Supplies that are approved for use with M.T.H. Proto-Sound 2.0 and 3.0 equipped O and Large Scale (G Scale, One-Gauge) locomotives. Units produced prior to 1980 are generally NOT recommended for use with M.T.H. locomotives. In addition, units with an AMP output rating of less than 4A are NOT recommended for use. Only locomotives equipped with Proto-Sound 3.0 can be used with European Digital Systems. Locomotives equipped with Proto-Sound 2.0 do NOT contain a DCC receiver and will NOT work with European Digital Systems.
