M.T.H. Electric Trains only collects personal identifiable data, such as names, addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by a visitor in our Electronic Newsletter, Gift Registry, Online Store, Online Parts Store, Warranty Registration, Contact Us, M.T.H. Applications are available online for the M.T.H. Railroaders Club. Personal information gathered is for the club registration and internal marketing purposes only. Applications may be printed off-line and sent to M.T.H. Electric Trains with payment to join the M.T.H. Railroaders Club.
Under Contact Us, M.T.H. may sometimes solicits drawings, pictures and sketches. Accepted pictures may be posted on the site with the person's first name, last initial and home state. M.T.H. urges children to ask their parents for permission before sending these items, and release forms are sent to verify authorized usage.
